Wisconsin Legislature Approves Measure to Increase Employment for People with Disabilities

On November 5 the Wisconsin Senate and Assembly passed a bi-partisan bill to increase funds for the state’s vocational rehabilitation employment supports program by nearly $5 million. This will address a significant DVR waiting list and help many more people with disabilities get jobs in the community at a competitive wage.
