An article in yesterday’s New York Times eloquently expresses the emotional and psychological underpinning of Disability Rights Wisconsin’s position regarding the obligation of the State of Wisconsin to preserve the life of its children, regardless of disability: “A Disabled Life Is a Life Worth Living”.
