Lena provides technical assistance and training to DBS’s located in Aging and Disability Resource Centers on benefits matters relevant to people with disabilities.

Lena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor from UW-Madison, where she participated in several clinical projects. After law school, Lena worked as a trial attorney at the WI State Public Defender’s Office for several years. She also has an extensive background in social security disability, particularly in the areas of adjudication and quality assurance. She brings with her a passion for serving individuals who are disadvantaged or overlooked and ensuring their rights are protected.
