Shelly provides technical assistance and training to DBS’s located in Aging and Disability Resource Centers on benefits matters relevant to people with disabilities.
Shelly graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in December 2000. Since that time, she has held a variety of legal jobs that primarily focused on family violence and abuse/neglect of children and elders. She has extensive work experience with the state of Wisconsin, having previously worked in policy positions with the Wisconsin Court System, Office of Justice Assistance (now part of the Wisconsin Department of Justice) and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Prior to joining DRW, Shelly most recently worked for End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin, as the Justice System Coordinator for NCALL (National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life).
