Chris provides information and education on consumer rights, investigates complaints, assists clients in filing complaints, appeals, and administrative hearings.

After 17 years in sales and marketing with a manufacturer and a national retailer, Chris took a career break to focus on her family and raise two young sons. When her younger son was diagnosed with Autism, Chris began an unexpected journey into the world of in-home therapy, IEPs, and advocacy for both her son and families of children on the Autism spectrum.
